Description
State the bus row and seat position.
The first digit indicates the seat row number of the seat and the second digit indicates the seat position on that row from left to right (as from the perspective of a forward facing occupant). For right hand drive vehicles seat position is counted from right to left. The vehicle driver is always positioned at 1.1.
