Short description
Angle from the longitudinal axis of the concerned vehicle to the longitudinal axis of the collision partner according to the SAE system. Anticlockwise directions are coded as postive.

Description
The collision angle is measured from the positive longitudinal axis of the concerned vehicle towards the positive longitudinal axis of the collision opponent vehicle.
Anticlockwise directions are coded as positive values for the angle. In case the collision opponent is not a vehicle, the value "Not Applicable" is coded. Therefore the collision angle corresponds to the approach angle minus the slip angle of the concerned vehicle and plus the slip angle of the collision opponent.
