Measure of energy loss; expressed by the ratio of separation speed and closing speed between the collsion partners.
Decimal number between 0-1.
The coefficient of restitution is defined as the ratio of the separation speed and the closing speed of the collision partners. The value is always between 0 (full plasic collision) and one (full elastic collision).
