Description
State the PTW rear brake status.
A brake that is working can at least slightly decelerate the vehicle.
A full stroke of a brake lever/pedal is an indication of a non-working brake system that it was of course not damaged during the accident.
Missing brake pads/shoes and cut cables are also an indication of a non-working brake.
