Description
Specify which physical or psychological disability of the road user influenced the occurrence or the outcome of the crash.
Use the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) as indicated by WHO.
Classify the disability according to the impaired ‘Body Function’ (Ex: b7100 -Mobility of a single joint).
