Description
State whether the PTW & Bicycle road user was wearing reflective clothing at the time of the accident.
Reflective clothing has a sufficient number of reflective material at the back, arms, side of the pants, back and side of boots.
Test by placing the PPE in a dark room and light it and check the brightness of reflected light.
A vest (e.g. for workers at street) can not be coded as dedicated for PTW & Bicycle use.
It is normally used by bicycle riders, even though is mandatory for PTW & Bicycle use in some countries.
