Description
Determining the helmet fit requires the presence of both PTW accident victim and the helmet. The investigator should check for excessive horizontal and vertical movement with the strap fastened. The strap should be fairly tight under chin.
In case the investigator can only check the helmet, assumptions of fit can be based on the form of the cheek pads (e.g. compressed or otherwise).
