Description
Specify whether the rear indicators were original equipment or market operational and whether they were in use at the accident and or fully functioning for the PTW.
The investigator should check if the vehicle part is original based on the vehicle handbook or by communicating with the vehicles authorised dealer.
In order to determine if the light was switched on, the investigator should first check the position of the switch.
This is just an indication, because the switch can move position due to the accident.
Check the lamp filament for any deformation due to a violent speed change.
