Description
State the type of accident investigation based on the accident investigation team time to arrival.
An estimate of an appropriate value for the time to arrival can be based on difference between the value of TimeOfAlarm and TimeOfArrival.
- On-Scene
- The team has arrived at the accident site within 30 minutes of accident occurrence. Accident vehicles should still be on site.
- Retrospective
- The team has arrived at the accident site more than 30 minutes after the accident occurred OR when the team arrived at the site and the vehicles have already been towed.
